These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bible Topics: Pathwise (“Pathwise” or “the App”), published by Relm Apps. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Apple’s and Google’s store terms also apply when you download the App from those stores.
Pathwise is a topical Bible reading app. It is designed to work offline, without user accounts. You can search or browse topics, read curated Berean Standard Bible passages, open the full Bible reader, view offline study notes, and optionally follow “Go Deeper” partner links.
Pathwise does not write interpretive blurbs under verses. Study notes are third-party extracts shown verbatim.
Relm Apps grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial study and reading.

The App itself, branding, topic curation, and original compilation remain the property of Relm Apps and its licensors.
Scripture and study materials in the App are provided under their own licenses. Using Pathwise does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
If you copy or share licensed study notes or cross-reference data outside the App, you must follow the applicable Creative Commons terms, including attribution and share-alike where required.
Use the App only for personal Bible reading and study. Do not:
Some screens include links to partner sites or apps. If you tap those links, your device opens that partner’s website or app (often in an in-app browser). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. Relm Apps does not control them and is not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
If a link is an affiliate link, Relm Apps may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase or sign up — at no additional cost to you.
When hub banner ads are enabled, Pathwise may show banner ads on the home screen only. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Study and Bible reading stay ad-free.
You may remove ads forever with a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. Their payment terms, billing, restore, and refund rules apply. Relm Apps does not receive your payment card details.
Purchases, subscriptions (if added later), and restore-purchase flows are handled by the app store on your device.
The App may periodically request a public configuration file over HTTPS so partner links, topic visibility, and feature flags can be updated without reinstalling. That request does not include your reading history or searches.
Pathwise is a reference and study tool. It is not medical, mental-health, counseling, legal, or pastoral advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional, pastor, or counselor. Do not rely on the App for emergencies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Relm Apps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party study notes reflect their authors’ views, not necessarily those of Relm Apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relm Apps and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
If liability cannot be excluded, Relm Apps’ total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid Relm Apps for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits above apply only to the extent allowed.

We may update these Terms when the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected at this URL and, where required, in the App Store / Google Play listing.
